Refundable evaluation copy request form:

  • Thank you for your interest in our publications.
    We will gladly send you a price quote (35% off the list price) on the books you request.
    You must email us your approval before we ship the copies.
    Your payment is 100% refundable within the following 12 months provided a purchase order for at least 10 copies is placed by the bookstore fulfilling your course's needs.
    To get the refund you must email us the name, telephone and email of the bookstore purchase official.
  • To ensure correct shipping we need you to fill-in your personal data, and while you do so we will ask you to provide us some extra information on the courses you teach and the books you presently include in their syllabi.
  • This information is for our own use, and none will be disclosed to third parties
  • This first form is about your personal data - make sure you fill all the boxes as correct shipping will depend on this. Do not forget to check the number of courses you teach (or will teach next term)
  • By clicking the "NEXT" button you will be prompted to the Syllabus Research form
  • You are required to fill one form for each course you teach. The more information you provide the better we will be able to assess your particular needs in the future. By clicking the "FINAL" button you will be prompted to the Evaluation Copy Request form
  • Please fill all the boxes in the Evaluation Copy Request form, and be sure to check the menu for the title of your choice
  • By filling- in these forms you are in no way committing yourself to any further action, and at the same time you will be guiding us on how to serve your teaching needs in a better way
