How to Initiate the Process

2. For critical or annotated editions, please consult our Guidelines for Literary Editors.
3. Kindly communicate with us at pagrest@stockcero.com including:
- A comparative analysis of existing editions or previous versions, highlighting the substantial improvements or novel insights your edition provides.
- The proposed Table of Contents and an excerpt from the foreword.
- A sample of a page or chapter illustrating your annotations, footnotes, or critical commentary.
- A delineation of the target readership, detailing who will derive the greatest benefit from your edition and the underlying reasons.
- Estimated word count, quantity of footnotes or annotations, and any relevant details concerning images or illustrations.
- Your Curriculum Vitae.
What are the subsequent steps?
- Initial Review: You will be informed of our decision, either an expression of interest or a polite rejection, within a timeline of two to four weeks.
- Submission: Following the acquisition of institutional funding, the submission of the finalized manuscript is anticipated within 90 days.
- Evaluation: Our review panel, comprised of experts in literary and cultural disciplines, will conduct a thorough evaluation of your work over a period of one to three months.
- Editorial Standards: If endorsed, our editorial team will partner with you to ensure adherence to our editorial standards, typically within two weeks.
- Production: The final stages of layout, typesetting, and production are projected to span approximately three weeks.
